Every business listing goes through admin approval before it appears in the directory. Messaging inside Engage always goes to the member who submitted the listing, not straight to an off-platform contact, unless the submitter added one.

  2. 2. Check who recommends it — Every listing shows the member's connection: works there, has used the service, or recommends it directly.
  3. 3. Message the member — Reach out to the member who submitted the listing inside Engage.
